the english language and the butterfly effect
So I went to dinner with Lori tonight at Nello's Pizza. I know, it seems like I'm spending too much time with this girl, but I'm enjoying myself and she is a good one, so screw it. Well, after dinner we walked over to Blockbuster and I let out the mother of all wrong wordings to be using. She was talking about something her father did and instead of saying how I'd probably like her father I said something to the extent of looking forward to when I meet him. Ugh. I've broken a few rules about spending time together and shit, but that slip was just flat out lame. I don't think it phased her too much, but I sure felt like a complete idiot.
Anyways, The Butterfly Effect was really good. Ashton Kutcher wasn't a bad actor either. I hadn't seen him in anything but comedy, so it's good to see he actually knows what he's doing.
The lack of sleep from the last few nights has definitely caught up with me. It's 1am now so I won't be making it up tonight. Tomorrow night I'll go to bed really early and return to some normalcy.
Speaking of normalcy, the return to reality and exercise is tomorrow. The vacation is over. It's been fun.
